2021 Promotions Michelle Mahoney

Since joining CFS Engineers in 2015, Michelle has provided leadership in both office management and project management and currently directs the CFS Municipal Services Department. She has led numerous bridge projects in Counties from Southeast Missouri to Northwest Missouri. Her clients include the City of Cape Girardeau, Cole County, Kansas City, and the Missouri Department of Transportation. Michelle also led a study for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation that evaluated their current processes and standards relative to other State Departments of Transportation and provided recommendations for changes to improve their ability to deliver their program. Michelle is active in APWA and ACEC, representing CFS on several committees. She strives to improve project delivery within the firm through mentoring younger engineers in all aspects of project delivery. In her spare time, Michelle serves as a Disaster Response Team member for the American Red Cross providing immediate assistance to individuals and families affected by disasters.
