Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced transportation/roadway engineer to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch services to our clients.

As a transportation/roadway engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects related to transportation and roadway design, construction, and maintenance. You will work closely with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet their needs and comply with all regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transportation and roadway projects from conception to completion

  • Conduct site visits and gather data for project analysis

  • Design and prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation and roadway projects

  • Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met

  • Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for project improvements

  • Use software and other tools to create designs and models for transportation and roadway projects

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of transportation and roadway projects

  • Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in transportation and roadway engineering

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • Strong knowledge of transportation and roadway design principles, standards, and regulations

  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Microstation, and Civil 3D

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Willingness to travel for project site visits and meetings
